  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

We currently ship to:

  • Malaysia (West & East Malaysia)

International shipping may be available in the future.


3. Shipping Method & Courier

Orders are delivered via trusted local courier services. Courier selection may vary depending on your location and order size.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 working days

  • East Malaysia: 3–5 working days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.


5. Shipping Fees
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated during checkout


6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided via email or WhatsApp (if applicable).


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order. Zuri is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
